You could try putting it on a tiny bit of tofu if he likes that. But just a very tiny bit. My concern with a blueberry would be he may not eat the whole blueberry. Or if he does he may not eat it all straight away and get the full dose. But yes try it in porridge as well. But again my experience with that is they will eat a little bit of it from the spoon but not all of it. So again maybe better to just put a pea sized amount on the spoon.
