I haven't ever had a Chinese dwarf but I do have a robo who can be quite skittish. I would not stress yourself out as she is still pretty new at 3 weeks. My robo Star has only just started to be completely comfortable at 4 weeks. Sometimes it could be something else that scared her, that happens frequently to my hamster she seems to some days be afraid of her own shadow... dont worry! You seem to really care for her and I think you will do a great job with her.

As for taming see how she responds to your regular routine in the next few days if you feel she has regressed, while discouraging, give her a few days alone and try again. I had to do this with my hamster and now her taming is progressing faster than before.
