She is likely making sure her next smells like her. It's not uncommon for hamsters to just change their toilet habits at random but it's great you're keeping an eye out for her! I would personally say this shouldn't be cause for concern though it may make spot cleaning a bit more difficult. If you know where it is you can try to place a sheet of cardboard or something under the bedding but over the nest so that you can lift it up to check for urine and then easily put it back without it caving in too much.
