The Rodipet dwarf junior should be fine on its own without adding any other mix. If you wanted to boost protein I would go with freeze dried chicken, freeze dried shrimp, or the live mealworms with crushed heads you mentioned. Those actually would be much better than dry ones, especially because you can make sure they're freshly gut loaded and filled with great nutrients!
