The one very important bit of advice I can give is don't skimp on height - the last thing you want is an escaped rabbit causing all sorts of destruction or getting injured. From what I've heard the minimum height to avoid a rabbit jumping over something like a playpen seems to be 3 feet, but if you can manage even higher that'd be even better.
