I don't know anything about rabbits. Would they nibble flooring? I'd go for wood cut to size and then plastikote it. I think B&Q cuts to required size.

For hamsters kiddies ball pits are often used but i don't know if that kind of flooring which is like a fabric used for tents would be suitable for rabbits.
