It's very common for social animals who fight with their cagemates to be labelled "aggressive" and "needs to live alone" by pet shops, but in most cases it's simply a case of a bad match. A pair of same sex rabbits will usually fight once they reach maturity, especially if unneutered, so I would clarify with the pet shop exactly what happened when she was last housed with another rabbit. Rescues pair up neutered males with spayed females as they tend to do best that way. Rabbits need to be introduced carefully and gradually though and it would be best to ask on a rabbit forum about that.
