If anyone notices there hammy is doing there very own itchy and scratchy show with back legs scratching her hind quarters alot and she has noticeable 2cm/3cm dark patches around her glands, almost looks like shes going bald and because of this some owners mistake this for mites its not! Shes mire than likely got inflamed scent glands and 'Metacam' antimflamity does the job to treat it.
Mine goes made marking when i take her property out her cage and shes out n about, she also marks me on both my legs!
