Agree - it can be very rewarding having a rescue hamster and see them flourish and bond with you
Although I also completely understand the pain and anxiety when a hamster has died before his or her time - the fear it will happen again and wanting to have a better experience next time. It's always uncertain. There are pros to both options - by getting a hamster from a breeder it supports ethical breeding.
