Broccoli and cucumber are favourites here. Or a couple of small peas. Likewise carrots aren’t favourite but get eaten. For Syrians I sometimes give a blueberry or a bit of apple or strawberry instead of veg, but not regularly. I wouldn’t give fruit to a Russian dwarf hamster though due to the sugars. If it’s summer I give a bit of clover out of the garden (the flower and stalk). They love that.

Sorry to be a damp squib but I wouldn’t give tomato at all - it’s one hamsters aren’t supposed to have. Cabbage is something they should only rarely have. Lettuce isn’t good for them either although romaine is supposed to be ok.
