I’m taking in my 14 year old great nieces hamster. She has only been use to an all seed diet and no veggies or fruit. This was what the pet store advised to feed.

Makes me mad. I feed Oliver a pelleted diet along with seed, veggies, and a little fruit. For her should I start slowly introducing veg, fruit, and pellets slowly. I’m not sure how old she is but she’s very small. I would say maybe 6 months to a year. She’s a beautiful teddy bear hammie. Can’t wait to get her. Oh they were also told she was a he so now I have to come up with a female name. Thanks.
