The 24th is only a few days away. If you got him from PAH maybe you should call them and see if their vet will take a look at him as you haven't had him long. As a baby hamster he shouldn't be having all these health issues. I have heard of people doing that and their own vet deals with everything, I believe without charge, but not sure. Maybe mention it to your parents?
