Hmm. Wouldn't go for the blue because its very salty. Not sure of the vegan one. Does it taste like cheese? I don't like mild cheese, tastes like soap, so eat mature cheddar and give the hamsters a tiny piece of that now and again, they pinch it off my crackers given half a chance. I'd go for the strong cheddar. I'm off to get some now........looove cheese.
