As you will be giving the meds for a while its important to try make it as calm as possible as anything stressful they soon remember and that in turn makes it harder. He also has a severe resp infection here so you need to be super careful compressing airway or raising heartbeat. Id try a few more foods 1st if you can
what dose as you should be able to manage to get it in a small blob
