The only thing I'd be worried about it the artificial coloring. Artificial colors can be extremely harmful to hamsters because they are so delicate. Everything else looks fine. I saw that some other people were concerned about the kelp/iodine but I definitely wouldn't be worried about these. Kelp actually has a lot of vitamins and is really healthy. Iodine is a neccessary mineral so it's also good (I take it daily
