Ah. If she was living with her sister you can get dominance and one being territorial over things. It might be worth getting her a wheel of her own (a different one) as she may enjoy it now. With a new wheel I find putting a couple of treats or a bit of cheese in tempts them on and then they start using it. An upright wheel would be different to a saucer. The trixie 20cm wheel is a good option and mot expensive and it’s semi enclosed so that might tempt her in.
