Aww, what a cute little hamster!
You're lucky to be able to get such a nice photo so soon after bringing your new friend home.

I wouldn't worry about spot cleaning for a while and let your nose be your guide.

Does he have a sandbath? Dwarfs usually love them and often pee in the sand. You can easily remove the pee clumps with a small scoop or sieve.

A lamp will be fine as long as its not directly aimed at the enclosure.
