Default Re: Lola Stays With Me At Night

I can relate to this. Back in 2009 I was bedbound and had just been diagnosed with a bowel disease. There was a pets at home beside the hospital and I was impulsive and brought home a hamster. Indy. My first "adult" hamster.

I was often awake at night and Indy would sit on my shoulder or just snuggle up beside me, I made him like a "bed box" where he'd climb in and just let me hold my hand around him. He would go for a wander over the bed and usually was quite careful and didn't plop off the edge!

However, whenever I felt myself getting sleepy I'd always put him back in his cage..for water, food and safety.

Could you move her cage near your bed/sofa, that way you can talk and watch her knowing she is safe
