Hello, Mr Ali G certainly looks unwell poor man. Ears back and all the other things you describe are big warning signs so he needs to be seen by a vet asap. The sticky eyes can happen when they sleep too much but his age I wouldn't expect that. Ears back that don't perk up after wakening are a big tell tale sign.
