Thank you Coco. Yes I did wonder if Chinchillas maybe tricky. Also they are still nocturnal. Or crepuscular. But asleep during the day.

I think we need something ideal for all of us. I am not sure we would have space for a decent sized Guinea pig enclosure indoors. Possibly. I'd have to see some guinea pigs first in case I was allergic to those - these things are much harder to achieve during the pandemic!

We will probably get an outdoor cat though - to keep the rabbits down! And make sure no rats start appearing.
