Hi

Little Ralph is having trouble in this heat - his bits and bobs are quite protruding which I have heard is due to heat too - does anyone have any tips to keep t hem cool?

I have a tiny hand held fan which I put near the cage but he just shudders and doesnt seem to like it (its not directly on him of course) and now he tries to sleep in his tubes but becuase they are plastic its probably just as hot!

I have put his sand bath in to the cage as its nice and cooling for him to burrow but he doesnt seem keen and I have a cool mat that you can freeze and I let it defrost slightly and place it on the cage - I dont know if I am doing the right thing or not - any tips would be gratefully received thank you!!
