Yes, hamsters teeth keep growing. That's why they require wooden items and such to gnaw down their teeth. It may take a bit of time depending on the severity of how broken her teeth are. So for however long that is - you may have to keep feeding soft foods and keep a good eye on her teeth.

In future, make sure to hold your ham at a safe height.
