Default Re: Ferplast Guinea Pig House

I always take all the plastic shelves, tubes and penthouse out then start with an empty cage to create a new set up which includes a Ferplast guinea pig house.

If your hamster is a Syrian, these little plastic huts are taking up space and they're of no use to her. I can't figure out how you managed to put a 10/11in Syrian sized wheel in and still have both plastic platforms in as well unless she's a dwarf hamster?

Here's a photo of one of my dwarf hamsters Hamster Heaven with the shelves removed and a Ferplast guinea pig house. She mostly sleeps in the house and sometimes under the platform on the left. The house is on the right but i plastikote the roof to water proof it hence the red/blue stripes.
