Default Re: Registering with vets

I personally don't have my hamster registered, I've never had a hamster registered. The two closest vets near me find it quite silly and turned me away because they're too small (it's the same with my budgies)... they also don't find it appropriate to try checking them over but they do it because it's their job, so I have no choice. I'm not going to travel 40 minutes into London - wait through traffic which adds on another 30 or 40 minutes on top of the 40 minutes - pay for parking just to be able to be registered when I can go to my local vet for a check over when I notice something is up; even if that means spending £15 - £40.

As with other animals, my cats are registered with the local vet and makes it so much cheaper to get them vaccinated when they need to be.
