Impossible to say. Dwarf hamster don't age the same way as Syrians do.

Our first Robo Gordon didn't start to look "old" until he was 20+ months old.

Samuel is very cute. Can't you find out from where you got him from? Is he from a petshop? They are usually around 2 months old when they arrive at the petshops.
