Looks ok to me. Caramel is probably ok for colouring. Dried tomato might be iffy. Some people say hamsters shouldn't have tomatoes - others say a little bit is ok. Personally I'd stick with the whimzees. These are the ingredients of Whimzee alligators - slightly less iffy things.:

POTATO STARCH, GLYCERIN, POWDERED CELLULOSE, LECITHIN, DRIED YEAST, MALT EXTRACT, SWEET LUPINE MEAL, ALFALFA EXTRACT, PAPRIKA EXTRACT
