You could buy a dolly trolley from B&Q and wheel her out of your room overnight. Something i have done with female Syrian foster hamsters in the past. I think it was Frieda who ended up in the hall a couple of times.

Spoke to the staff at P@H, in fact the one that dealt with the previous owner. They said that originally she was in a cage much too small and started bar biting. Previous owners upgraded the cage but because she'd been left so long it became a habit and one they couldn't stop, so they ended up putting her in an acrylic cage.
They (p@h staff member who dealt with them) said that it's something I should have been made aware of.
So now she's in the zoozone 2. I've blocked the little indents where the hay rack would sit so she can't get her teeth into it. We'll see how it goes.
