I've had two 28cm plastic Trixie wheels and they both started banging against the stand after a few weeks so I got rid of them.
I'd recommend either the Silent Runner as linked above or the 28cm wooden Trixie wheel (which you can paint black or any other colour using Plastikote). It's on Zooplus
