You said that she was on the last shelf of her cage. Is the cage high enough that she could have fallen and hurt herself? Is she putting her weight on all four legs?

Going by her body language of eyes half closed and ears down she may be in pain.

Even if the vet isn't much good at diagnosing, they'd still be able to prescribe pain relief.
