Hard to say without seeing it. Could she have caught herself on something? Like the spindle of her wheel? I wonder if her fur got caught in something and then pulled a bit out.
If you're worried and its not healing up then i'd phone a vet and email a photo.
Just because something doesn't seem to bother a hamster doesn't necessarily mean that it doesn't need treatment.
