Just wondering what others have used as a hospital cage for a Syrian (large Syrian!). Pickle is going to the vet to have a lump looked at and I am fairly sure it will need removing so getting organised. I used the Savic spelos once before but that was for a very old not very active hamster. I don’t have it any more. The mini duna is a bit bigger than that but I’m wondering if it’s big enough for a large Syrian (even as a hospital cage). On the other hand standard duna multi may be too big. Don’t have a bin suitable and it will probably cost the same.
