I wouldn't worry, kinga - if she seems fine, then she probably is. The bedding will have cushioned the fall of the water bottle. Just check (if you haven't already) that the bottle hasn't leached water into the bedding, and try to put in place something that will help to ensure the bottle stays in place in future.
