The first thing I would suggest is do not get her a companion. If she’s been on her own she can’t be bonded with another hamster and that would only result in fighting.
If you’ve had her for 2 days, her behaviour is normal although she clearly is on the shy side. Keep interactions to a minimum (except maybe gently speaking next to her cage), make sure she has the essentials and let her be. She will come out of her shell eventually, and the more you leave her be at first the sooner she will relax. That said, many hamsters from pet stores have not been brought up in ideal conditions and therefore shy away from humans. Not all will eventually relax and be friendly (of it takes forever...). It is something we must accept.
