Hard to say, but the fact that it looks like he was just disturbed in his nest (or that's what it looks like) makes me think he is just scared and he is being a little vocal about it. I get that you were probably just trying to record the noises.

You said he is eating/moving around his cage ok, does he make the noise at all then?

Have you given him space to just get used to everything, he is just a little baby so everything will be all new to him.

If you just leave him alone (I know, so hard to do when they are soooo cute - he is a cutie btw) see if the noise stops then.
