I am sorry no one replied before. How is your hamster doing now? The thing I was thinking is that maybe he was scared, but also maybe he got a concussion when he fell from the cage. Was it high up? He clearly seems super stressed and bonding can be difficult, even impossible. It is just about going very slowly, with treats and presence, and leaving handling for later. I am so sorry this happened to you and your hamster, I hope it gets better amd you’ve managed to secure the cage. Good luck with everything.
