20g seems very low and at that weigjt she'd look thin i would have thought. I would check that the scales are working ok. When i get home i'll weigh my smallest dwarf hamster to get a comparison.
Did you check her teeth? Does she look underweight to you?
I'd check her over in case there is anything physically wrong with her.
Reason i'm saying this is because one of my dwarfs became reclusive and i missed a swelling on her underside developing.
