Hi,
Am concerned for my male Syrian George whom I've only had for 2-3 months now.
He was sleeping in one of those Savic Hamster Igloo beds which have little or no ventilation & I was cleaning & changing the bedding in it every few days as it fast became a soiled mess.
Recently I've heard he was sniffling a little & noted how too big he was for the bed now. He was restless too & acted a bit p'd off when I saw him in his wheel of a night.
I've managed to get him into a bigger bed now with proper ventilation holes & he seems less restless now & doesn't sniffle as much.
My dilemma is whether to take him to a vet or see if things continue to settle now?
I'd appreciate any input.
