I'm not sure about calm music. I'm a self-employed music teacher working from home, so our hamster gets all sorts of music at all sorts of times during the day. She hasn't seemed to mind so far, although she's been with us for almost a year.
Thank you for the reply! It's so nice to put myself at ease haha. Yeah i assume she is grinding her teeth down. All her toys are natural so wood, hay etc and can chew on those. I haven't seen her chew the specific ones i got for her so might have to get some new ones she likes more
