You can continue with that brand, but it's not the best, if you can I would at least move on to Harry Hamster asap.
Yes you can give nuts and seeds, things like walnuts, flax (very good for their fur), monkey nuts,
and yes to chicken and egg - nothing added to them, just bland, no seasoning etc
i don't really have a set schedule with things like this, I just give them to them every now and then.
egg and chicken maybe a few times a month, walnuts maybe 1 or 2 a month - no more as can be quite fattening
flax you could give every few days - i think some people give it every day
