Just giving more calcium may be a bit simplistic, unless you know he is deficient in calcium in which case a good balanced diet is the best way forward, calcium doesn’t work alone & he needs to have all the other minerals & vitamins along side the calcium to have any benefit so I would go for a good quality vitamin & mineral supplement as well as looking at how adequate his overall diet is.
If he has a misaligned tooth that will probably need clipping or burring every few weeks.
