Default Cushing's Disease?

Hi! I've noticed that recently my hamster has been drinking a lot of water. I fill up his bowl at about 8:30 every night, then by the next night, about a tablespoon of water is gone. A while ago, I had a thread somewhere because Nibbles was losing hair between and below his scent glands. I thought that it had cleared up, but now it's back, and worse. A possible cause that was mentioned in my other thread was Cushing's disease. And a symptom of that was drinking a lot of water, which Nibbles wasn't doing back then, but he is now, and he's losing more hair now. So basically I want to know if this is a normal amount of water for a hamster to consume, and if not, could it be Cushing's?
