How's it going Serendipity?

I've fully cleaned but didn't disinfect as no need and closely inspected Rodney's cage today but couldn't see any traces of moths.

I do know that pantry moths are in the house because i have seen and swatted two upstairs. Thing is, it's not unusual to see something fluttering about now and then but i've never really paid much attention to it. The lack of house spiders this year didn't help though.

My action plan:

Rory is going to move into the Alaska tomorrow and i'll check the other three upstairs.

Tonight i'll order some petsafe moths catchers to hang up near the lights.

I've put more hamster herbs in their habitats because moths don't like the smell of herbs.

Check dry foods and do more cleaning with lavender Zoflora because they don't like the scent of lavender.

Use wax scent burners in rooms the hamsters don't get into.

Do more vacuuming including cobwebs.

Wash curtains and windows which is long overdue.

Quit work and encourage hamsters to eat anything that moves.

In short, make a moths life as miserable as possible.
