I use a heavy duty plastic & laminate cutting knife for mine, had to score the plastic a couple of times but it cut through the RUB easily & cleanly no problem, unfortunately the one I had from amazon is no longer available so no link but I’m sure they are out there either on amazon or DIY shops.
Some people use a soldering iron to cut through the plastic, haven’t tried it myself though & a bit messy I would think!
