That is rather large, although you can get hamsters that weigh around 300g. Is this the hamster you are talking about on another thread in an 8inch wheel? If so, I would have thought she wouldn't even fit in the wheel at that size. Even a smaller syrian would have problems fitting in an 8 inch wheel.
