Roborovskis don’t have dorsal stripes so i would suspect that you probably have a Hybrid of some sort.
That’s not necessarily a bad thing as Hybrids can make lovely pets but you are correct that they are prone to diabetes. Unfortunately no amount of dietary adjustments will prevent the condition from occurring in a hamster that is genetically predisposed to get it and it’s just a case of managing the condition of it does develop.
I personally don’t like feeding much fruit to my Chinese (they’re also prone to diabetes), preferring to give them vegetables instead but the odd bit of fruit once in a while shouldn’t cause too many problems once in a while unless they are already diabetic.
