Yes leave well alone until the 22 days is up. Disturbing can include cleaning them out so best not to - it’ll be fine for a while. It sounds like it might happen sooner rather than later if she is actually pregnant. All you need to do is keep puttin food and water out - ideally when she’s asleep and also if you think she has had the pups - keep a distance from the cage as even someone close to the cage can make them fear for the pups and cull them. Once you see the pups emerging from the nest on their own it’s safe to do things in the cage etc.

Maybe put extra bedding out now when you put her food out. Plain white toilet paper is safest. A few sheets and tear each sheet into a few strips lengthwise- then put the pile of paper strips somewhere in the cage but nothing inside her house. She’ll take what she needs. If it starts to go down then add more.

As well as plenty of hamster mix, put veg out. Normally you’d only give one tiny piece daily for a dwarf hamster but if she is pregnant and feeding pups then a few pieces on a saucer and maybe more than one type. Again she’ll just take what she needs. Safe veg include cucumber, broccoli and carrots which are easy to keep fresh in the fridge for a week or more.
