It does look that it is possible. How long have you had her?
Dwarf pregnancy is about 18 - 22 days so once you have had her longer than that and no pups have arrived then you should be safe to assume she is not however if less then you need to keep her on pregnancy watch and feed her well and give plenty bedding.
If she stays in the nest virtually all the time then it is likely pups have arrived and you need to just feed and water her for a couple of weeks and she will do the rest. Don't try and peep or disturb her as this can cause them to cull the litter from fear.
