I was full up a hamster ago. Luca is on the futon so my OH has to snooze elsewhere. This dwarfie is so tame and easy to handle that i can advertise him soon as i have some decent photos.
Frieda is a bit nervy and needs to build up some confidence first. I just had her out on my lap and picked her up. She didn't bite me which is great.

Not sure my taming methods are the right ones but i don't offer my hand or my hand with food on it because i don't want them to connect my hand with food.
I work towards tolerating getting picked up so i can do a health check or so a vet can check them over if needed.

I suppose tame means different things to different people.
