You are lucky, I just found a bit I had left, it is harder than kaytee clean and cozy, I don't have any carefresh to compare it too.
You could always try some and mix it with other bedding, reducing your overall costs slightly.

Thank you, I think I might try exactly that. Mixing will make it a lot cheaper and as long as it's safe then I'm willing to give it a go. Can always change back at a later date
