Vegetables that are relatively high in sugar are also high in fibre so the sugars are absorbed slowly making them fine, in moderation, for even diabetes prone hams, they also have good amounts of vitamins & minerals, while I wouldn’t give my hams large amounts it’s fine in all those mixes.
As Robos aren’t one of the species prone to diabetes you don’t need to worry about that anyway.
